These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of profilepro.co.in (the "Website") and any profile-assessment or profile-development service provided by ProfilePro, a brand operated under OEVS India ("ProfilePro", "we", "us"). By using the Website, booking a free assessment, or enrolling in the programme, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing this Website or engaging with ProfilePro through our contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf, and should be a party to any subsequent enrolment.
ProfilePro is a five-part profile-development programme for students targeting universities abroad, covering profile build-up, resume/SOP/LOR writing, test preparation, visa and loan assistance, and administrative support, delivered over a structured programme (indicatively 6 months, subject to the modules chosen and each student's timeline).
This Website is intended for prospective students, current students, working professionals, and parents/guardians enquiring on behalf of a student. You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us and not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
The 30-minute profile assessment referenced on this Website is provided free of charge and without obligation. Booking or attending an assessment does not obligate you to enrol in the paid programme, and does not itself create a paid engagement.
ProfilePro does not publish fixed pricing on this Website, as the programme is tailored to each student's needs. If you choose to enrol following your free assessment, the applicable fees, selected modules, payment schedule and any additional terms will be set out separately in a written enrolment agreement or invoice, which you will be asked to review and accept before any payment is due. These Terms apply alongside, and do not replace, that enrolment agreement.
ProfilePro provides profile-development, test-preparation, application-writing and visa/loan guidance services. We do not guarantee admission to any university, approval of any visa application, or approval of any education loan, as these decisions rest entirely with the relevant university, government authority or lending institution.
Where we reference a "minimum 30% scholarship target," this is a target based on the outcomes we aim to help students achieve through profile strength — it is a target, not a guarantee. Actual scholarship outcomes depend on the individual student's profile, chosen universities/courses, and funding available in a given year. Figures referenced in our success stories reflect actual past outcomes for specific students and are not a prediction of results for any other student.
Enrolment is confirmed once you accept the enrolment agreement and make the applicable payment. Unless your enrolment agreement states otherwise:
ProfilePro assists with visa application preparation, interview readiness, and connecting students with lending institutions for education loans. ProfilePro is not a government authority, embassy, consulate, bank or lender. Final decisions on visa applications rest with the relevant government authority, and final decisions on loan applications rest with the lending institution — we facilitate and guide, but cannot guarantee approval by any third party.
Materials created specifically for you — such as your SOP, resume, and application essays — are yours to use for your own applications once finalised. ProfilePro retains ownership of its underlying training materials, templates, frameworks and methodology, and these may not be reproduced or redistributed without our permission.
We treat the personal, academic and application information you share with us as confidential, used only to deliver the assessment and, where applicable, the programme, in line with our Privacy Policy. We expect the same discretion from you regarding any proprietary materials, templates or methodology we share with you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfilePro and OEVS India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this Website or our services, including loss arising from admission, visa or loan decisions made by third parties. Our total liability in connection with the programme shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We primarily communicate via WhatsApp, phone and email. While WhatsApp is convenient for day-to-day coordination, official confirmations — including enrolment terms, fee schedules and cancellation requests — should be made or confirmed in writing over email to ensure there is a clear record for both parties.
Either party may terminate an enrolment in accordance with the terms of the written enrolment agreement. ProfilePro reserves the right to decline or discontinue service where a student or parent/guardian provides false information, fails to meet payment obligations, or engages in abusive conduct toward our team.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; for enrolled students, any change materially affecting your programme will be communicated directly.
